Mike has made key contributions to the McCormick Stevenson mission for more than two decades, where he is currently a Staff Engineer who proudly serves the Warfighter by bringing critical engineering advances to the mission. Mike has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and specializes in Analysis and Simulation (CAE). With more than twenty years of simulation experience across multiple software platforms, his core work helps to inform and validate engineering designs to ensure that the design meets key performance requirements. Mike thrives in an interactive team environment and is always learning– both on his own as well as from the contributions of the rest of the team. Mike takes great pride in MCCST, and the commitment and integrity our work offers to our customers on each project.
Outside work, Mike loves to travel with his family, and enjoys the many discoveries he finds in his family tree through genealogical research. He serves his community as a part-time Paramedic.
Ray Burdge is an Advanced Designer at McCormick Stevenson Corporation, currently pursuing a BSME at the University of South Florida. With a strong background in manufacturing engineering from SpaceX, he contributes to MCCST’s core competencies through reverse engineering, tooling design, and product documentation.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys rock climbing, hiking, working on the Formula SAE car, and reading in coffee shops. His passion for teamwork and dedication to quality align with MCCST’s mission to serve America’s heroes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for their clients.
Andrew serves as Chief Engineer at McCormick Stevenson, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Andrew has been building and leading his own company for over 18 years. During that time, he has supported engineering teams across various sectors, spearheading new product launches, and optimizing production lines to improve yield, reliability, and cost.
His meticulous attention to detail, coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture, ensures that both the team and the customer receive unparalleled support. Steven is a Senior Engineer with McCormick Stevenson and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida (USF). He performs both analysis and design activities at MCCST and excels in roles that allow him to utilize a wide range of engineering skills. He is committed to excellence and pays close attention to detail, ensuring that every customer has confidence in the high-quality outcomes of his work.
Steven embodies the spirit of an engineer – he loves diversifying his skills and learning new things. Even outside of work, you can find him tinkering with electronics or exploring new skills. He is also musically inclined and enjoys playing the drums.
Paris Sele joins our team as a Financial Controller. She holds a BS in Accounting from Concordia University, as well as an AAS in Accounting and an AAS in Business Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC). Paris will support MCCST’s core competencies by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and monitoring for our Program and Project Management teams. She values teamwork, knowledge, and quality, aligning perfectly with MCCST’s core values.
In her personal time, Paris enjoys cooking and baking, and she is currently in the process of building a house, which she finds very exciting. She also enjoys occasional shooting and hunting trips, billiards, and exploring new restaurants.
Alex Lovett is an Engineering Associate at McCormick Stevenson and a current student at Georgia Tech. Committed to supporting the company’s core competencies of innovation, quality work, and safety, Alex brings a keen eye for detail and a dedication to competent engineering practices. She supports McCormick Stevenson’s core business values by striving for meaningful and efficient work, fostering positive influence, and ensuring transparency and quality for customers.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Alex is passionate about outdoor activities such as running, hiking, traveling, and beach outings. She also enjoys music, animals, and cooking, with a particular love for Italian cuisine.
Shannon has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Shannon uses her experience in CAD as a Certified SolidWorks Professional to support MCCST and our customers, with attention to detail and a great team work ethic. Shannon is always eager to learn and engage in new opportunities. She recently completed training on the CMM in the lab, with the goal of pursuing a career in Inspection and Gage engineering.
Shannon often plays Dungeon & Dragons with family and friends on the weekends and travels whenever possible. She also has a creative inclination as she enjoys working on artistic projects at home. She took a leadership role in constructing and launching a weather balloon from Kennedy Space Center as part of a state grant.
Bob is the Measurement Application Specialist for McCormick Stevenson — he ensures that each mechanical dimension is precisely determined, with appropriate tolerances required to meet end-product performance requirements cost-effectively and efficiently. Bob brings a diverse and interdisciplinary skill set. He has a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree from the State University of NY at Empire State College and a wide range of interests. He is committed to providing responsive and timely solutions with an unsurpassed focus on the needs of the end user.
Braeden has an Associate of Arts degree from St Petersburg College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida. Braeden’s work combines his skills in electrical engineering with his educational background in mechanical engineering to support MCCST in bringing new innovations to automation/control systems. Braeden has a strong lineage in the US Air Force and remains committed to using his engineering talents to serve our Warfighters today and into the future.
Braeden spends his free time looking for adventures and new experiences, with particular interest in hiking, hammocking, and anything that involves the outdoors. He loves to push his physical boundaries in weightlifting. On the creative side, Braeden has a love for music and plays various instruments.
Dan is an Engineer, working as part of the Equipment Engineering team at McCormick Stevenson. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, he contributes to various tooling projects. He is certified in SolidWorks and is also highly skilled in MATLAB. Dan dedicates himself to using his engineering talents to work with the team in the development of new and innovative technologies that directly benefit our armed forces. Dan is an enthusiastic contributor with a passion to improve products and capabilities.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys golf, hockey, trap/skeet shooting, and poker.
Parker leverages years of experience in Mechanical Engineering to bring new product designs to McCormick Stevenson customers in his role as a Senior Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida (USF). With an inclination to systems engineering, Parker brings well-developed systems solutions to the Warfighter that accounts for the complexities and challenges of the operational environment. Parker is committed to development of long-lasting products as well as long-lasting relationships with each customer.
Parker is married and enjoys working on the house with his wife. He is active in boating and fishing and is developing his boxing skills at the local boxing gym.
Ryan has a BA in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of South Florida. He serves as a Senior Project Manager for McCormick Stevenson and supports MCCST product documentation, dimensioning and tolerancing, product data management, reverse engineering, and risk assessment. Ryan’s attention to detail and listening skills guide his work efforts to ensure that performance, cost, and schedule expectations are met on each project. Our customers particularly appreciate that Ryan is always available, just a phone call away, to answer questions or respond to emerging requirements.
Luke is a System Administrator/IT Specialist at McCormick Stevenson. Although professionally trained in Finance, Luke pivots between domains with relative ease. He joined MCCST as a drafter and quickly transitioned to Metrology before taking on his current role in IT, where he helps maintain a state-of-the-art infrastructure to enable efficient and effective end-to-end engineering and business operations. Luke’s unyielding determination to doing whatever it takes to get the job done makes him a vital utility player in multiple aspects of day-to-day operations. He pursues unique solutions for the modern worlds’ ever-changing challenges.
Luke has a range of outside interests spanning activities from design and 3D printing, to golf. When not at work, Luke can be found virtually racing around the world, 3D printing, or on the golf course (often by the lake, where he is attempting to retrieve his ball).
Adam is the Equipment Engineering Manager, and a Principal Engineer, at McCormick Stevenson. This role allows Adam to manage the internal equipment engineering operations, as well as work directly with our DoD customers to address equipment, tooling, and gage needs. He regularly contributes to innovative solutions to various complex challenges, both internally and externally. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University. With that and over 12 years of Research and Development engineering experience behind him, he utilizes skills in mechanical design, data analysis, Finite Element Analysis, and component testing.
In his personal life, Adam loves spending time with his family – his wonderful wife and two amazing children — not to mention, a Great Dane who pulls him through the park on their walks! He also enjoys CrossFit, participating in the Church ministry, and is an avid fan of the Seminoles at his alma mater – especially when they are undefeated like they were this year!!
Jim supports McCormick Stevenson and our customers as a Senior Technical Writer who is responsible for development of product documentation such as technical manuals, test procedures, reports, presentation material, and written communications. Jim’s contributions to the product line ensure that our customers have resources at their fingertips that provide clear, concise, robust descriptions of the products and their test protocols. Jim also leads ISO 17025 Accreditation and risk assessment for the MCCST dimensional measurement laboratory. He enjoys working collaboratively, both with others at MCCST and our customers, where we all can benefits from one another’s attributes and share in the rewards of a job well done.
Jim also likes to design and build microcontroller-driven things, such as circuitry, motion sensors using existing modules and controller types, and intrusion detection devices. He also enjoys using available artificial intelligence tools for data mining. He’s even added 3D-printed designs into his cadre of tools for personal projects!
Jeff is a Staff Engineer at MCCST who studied at the Electronics Institute of Kansas City. Jeff brings more than thirty years of experience to the role where he contributes to all of the company’s core competencies, most notably Manufacturing Automation & Controls. With experience spanning manufacturing processes, industrial controls and automation, Jeff is dedicated to working in a team environment to produce quality products that are safe and efficient for the operator in the field.
Jeff’s experience follows him to his personal life where he enjoys car racing, vehicle/chassis design, auto repair, and mentoring students through FIRST robotics. He is also actively involved in the work of the church.
J.B. is the McCormick Stevenson Director of Manufacturing Engineering. He brings a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the University of South Florida and over 15 years of manufacturing experience in Aerospace and Defense to product manufacturing at MCCST. He focuses on manufacturing process, product data management, and product documentation and detailing, so that the end user has all the tools necessary to take the final product into operation. J.B. is proud to give back to the military where his father once served. He is committed to providing high-quality tools and equipment that enable the Warfighter in their missions, and to building meaningful, trusting relationships with our clients. He believes that trust and shared values with America’s heroes can only lead to great things.
J.B. is married, with three beautiful daughters, all of whom he adores spending time with. He also mentors engineering students and gives back to the College of Engineering at USF. He enjoys golf and USF Athletics.
Zachary is a Principal Engineer who leverages his expertise in ASME Y14.5 drawing standards to make vital contributions to Product Documentation and Detailing at McCormick Stevenson through Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and CAD toolsets which make him a vital contributor to our efforts. His experience also plays a pivotal role in the implementation of our Product Data Management System and our emerging Model Based Definition processes. He thrives in the team environment at MCCST, often offering his support as a Subject Matter Expert in a range of technologies and tools such as PTC Creo and SolidWorks, CETOL 6σ sigma tolerance analysis software, Windchill PDM system, and in the design of artillery and gun testing. Zachary has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
Zachary’s hobbies include cycling, woodworking, and doing his own home improvements. He has a real passion for the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, and especially takes every opportunity to spend time with his young son.
Anthony is a Staff Designer with McCormick Stevenson who began his career as a Tool and Die journeyman. Anthony’s experience stems from development of tooling and gage systems, and he contributes his technical expertise to these same areas for MCCST. A true team player, Anthony looks for every opportunity to learn new things in everything he does, and he is ready to contribute wherever needed – as a technical lead or as part of the team – to meet customer goals and deadlines.
Anthony is an avid runner who also coaches Cross Country at one of the local high schools. He loves to read, and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.
Rob McCanney is a Chief Designer with McCormick Stevenson. With over 40 years’ experience as a machinist and mechanical inspector, Rob’s extensive knowledge of drawing practices and manufacturing fits right into MCCST’s sweet spot in design and manufacturing. His contributions to the team enhance the quality of designs and products we provide to our customers.
Rob enjoys golf, home improvement, and barbecuing.
Jacob has a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle, a BS from USF in Mechanical Engineering, and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from USF. He served in the US Coast Guard as Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certified aircraft mechanic where he honed practical mechanical skills. Jacob brings creativity and ingenuity to complex mechanical engineering problems and his first-hand experience in the military affords practical solutions to Warfighter requirements.
Jacob enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their dogs or doing home improvement projects and writing his own music.
As a Senior Project Manager Barbara leverages over twenty years of experience managing cost, schedule, quality and risk in a manufacturing environment. She is a natural Team Player, and fits perfectly within McCormick Stevenson’s collaborative culture. Barbara shares our enthusiastic support of the US Military, and is dedicated to Mission Success.
Barbara’s commitment to America’s Defense is most evident at home, where she is the proud mother of three sons – each of whom served in the US Military. She enjoys each day for what it has to offer, especially when she has the opportunity to spend those days with any of her thirteen grandchildren!
Brad joins the team as a Chief Engineer after spending thirty-five years as an Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer at The Boeing Company. Brad will use his expertise in sheet metal, machined parts and composite production processes to extend the capabilities of the Manufacturing Engineering group at MCCST. Given his notable skills in enabling elegant engineering solutions to complex problems, along with experience in designs using Lean methodologies, and automated machinery for right-sized equipment, MCCST and our customers can all benefit from his contributions. Brad also has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Washington. He holds Professional Engineering licenses in Florida, Washington, and Texas.
Brad likes to hone his skills as a craftsman at home, where he takes the opportunity to work with his own CNC mill and metal lathe. Aside from the projects that he designs and builds, Brad particularly enjoys travelling with his wife, whenever he can, both locally and on extended road trips.
Theron joins McCormick Stevenson as a Principal Quality Engineer with over eighteen years in Aerospace Manufacturing focused on meeting product quality and regulatory agency requirements. He has an Airframe and Powerplant License from the National Aviation Academy. At MCCST, he continues a long legacy of building lasting relationships with customers driven by a commitment to ensuring that customer requirements are met or exceeded. Theron’s mix of skills are balanced by a high degree of integrity and personal commitment to every task within his purview.

Cody is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at McCormick Stevenson with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University. He brings over 12 years of combined Manufacturing and Quality engineering experience in the aerospace industry to the role to support manufacturing equipment design, manufacturing process development and quality systems. He is fully dedicated to forging lasting relationships with his fellow peers and customers, and is always working toward collaborating to develop new technologies that will shape the future for our armed services.
Cody and his wife are foodies and are always looking for a new local restaurants to try in the Tampa Bay area. Cody also enjoys strength training and attending Tampa Bay sporting events and concerts.
Cheryl joins McCormick Stevenson as a Senior Program Manager. She brings over 20 years’ experience managing teams and utilizing project management tools to deliver hardware, software and data products that meet customer requirements for Aerospace programs. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida, her experience straddles both program management and hands-on engineering. She is strong working in a team environment to ensure deliverables are on-time, within budget, and meet or exceed technical requirements. She says that teamwork is like a puzzle where each person’s contributions come together to create the whole picture – and to meet all project requirements.
Cheryl doesn’t let any grass grow under her feet outside work either – her interests include cycling, running, swimming, backpacking, and reading. She also fosters for Southeast Beagle Rescue and volunteers for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium Dive Team!
Tom joined McCormick Stevenson as a Designer, where he leverages his experience in Digital Design and Modeling to support the engineering team in product design applications. Tom holds an Associate of Science degree from St. Petersburg College, and enjoys working collaboratively with the other members of the engineering staff at MCCST to achieve a common goal based on customer requirements. He believes that the collaborative environment provides a win/win — it enhances the quality of our products for our customers, as well as facilitates personal and professional growth for the members of the team.
Tom spends his free time with family and friends, often engaged in casual video games with them. He also enjoys reading light novels, but he keeps himself sharp and active playing Airsoft.
Veena joins McCormick Stevenson as an Office Assistant, where she uses her skills in business and administrative activities to improve the efficiency of our office workflow and processes. She draws on her education in Secretary and Business Studies and supports the MCCST team with broad-based experience that covers everything from customer care to project support and beyond. Through her talent, knowledge, and hard work Veena provides our engineering staff with a solid administrative foundation that establishes the structure and flexibility necessary to facilitate their day-to-day technical activities.

Don is the Director of Modernization Programs for McCormick Stevenson, bringing over 35 years of manufacturing systems experience to the role. Having been a Munitions Prime Contractor with P&L responsibilities gives him an edge with insights that benefit our customers. He has developed Lean Manufacturing cultures and is regarded as an expert in Theory of Constraints, Lean Kaizen, Six Sigma and the Toyota Production System (TPS). At MCCST, Don is committed to balancing quality, cost, and schedule on behalf of our customers, and is proud to serve the Warfighting mission. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
Apart from his important work in support of our nation’s defense, Don enjoys bicycling and relaxing with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Alec is an Advanced Engineer for McCormick Stevenson where he brings his diverse talents and experience in R&D and manufacturing to bear in support of the core missions for our customers. Alec holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and contributes at MCCST in a team environment to empower our customers with next generation enabling technology.
Outside MCCST, Alec enjoys Cross Fit training, as well as a wide array of water sports – boating, fishing, kayaking, just to name a few! And, when back on dry land, he uses his skills for hands-on home improvements.
Alan is a Senior Program Manager at McCormick Stevenson with a Master’s in Business Administration. He enjoys the internal and external collaboration that MCCST affords and offers a unique skill at bridging communication gaps between disparate individuals with differing and complementary expertise. His influence helps to make impactful connections and deliver a sum that is greater than the individual contributions. He is focused on results, aiming to ensure that we get to the heart of our customer’s challenges to efficiently develop and deliver solutions from concept to final design and prototype.
Whether at work or outside, Alan remains focused on making a difference in other people’s lives. He enjoys the time he spends with ministries at his church, volunteering at the St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen, and workdays at shelters, almost as much as the time he has with his wonderful family. Other hobbies include Amateur Radio (AKA Ham Radio) and gardening.
As Chief Engineer at McCormick Stevenson, Barry leverages his expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Systems Engineering, bringing advancements to DoD & Aerospace systems and products, including Cannon Launched, Precision Guided Munitions [PGMs], and Aircraft Protection Systems [APS]. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University. He also has had several advanced courses in Applied Mechanics & Heat Transfer from Carnegie-Mellon University and has Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
At MCCST, Barry is focused on supporting our core competencies in Requirements Development, Analysis & Simulation [CAE], Reverse Engineering, and Risk Assessment & Management. He gives special emphasis to quality, cost, and schedule management for our projects.
Melissa is Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of McCormick Stevenson. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Melissa enjoyed an exceptional career of ever-increasing responsibility in service to the national security mission. However, since founding McCormick Stevenson perhaps her greatest contribution has been that of Chief Culture Officer. With a servant’s heart Melissa ensures that our teammates and clients are always personally recognized and respected. Her natural openness, and gift for connecting with others, has helped to nurture the McCormick Stevenson Family, and to ensure an exceptionally rewarding experience for our clients and teammates.
When not in the office, Melissa is active in the local community and is past President of the Rotary Club of Dunedin. She enjoys sewing and quilting, but particularly loves spending time with her many grandchildren.
As Co-Founder and President of McCormick Stevenson, Noel has helped to establish a successful and enduring engineering firm seeking solutions to the toughest armament systems challenges facing the US Department of Defense. Since earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Noel has built an exceptional team that excels under his leadership and vision. He currently serves as a member of the National Armaments Consortium Executive Committee, as Director and Past Chairman of the Florida Defense Contractors Association, and as an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Industry Advisory Board.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Noel enjoys spending time with his ever-growing family, notably his grandchildren, and can frequently be found sailing Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Chris, our Senior System Administrator / IT Specialist, comes to McCormick Stevenson with extensive Information Technology experience, having spent thirteen years building a successful IT team in support of aerospace manufacturing. At MCCST, he plays a critical role in the fluid operation of the company –helping to ensure we have robust IT tools and operations in place, every day, for our engineering services and customer communications.
Chris enjoys collecting, hiking, and playing guitar. Most of all, though, he enjoys his time with his wife—especially their annual visits to Walt Disney World.
With a BS in Physics from the University of Connecticut, Bob serves as a Chief Engineer for McCormick Stevenson. Bob’s experience is wide-ranging, covering engineering management, systems engineering, requirements management, analysis and simulation, 3D modeling, GD&T and TDP development, configuration management, data management, circuit board layout, and test equipment design. He is driven to collaborate with other engineers as well as our customers, in an Integrated Product Team framework, to solve engineering problems. For Bob, the focus is always on the customer – open and honest communication is his hallmark to foster a level of trust and confidence for MCCST to meet commitments and provide sound technical solutions to even the most challenging requirements.
Apart from getting satisfaction from removing barriers to tough engineering challenges, Bob enjoys the outdoor life with his family. He likes hiking, and both saltwater and freshwater fly fishing.
Jim is an experienced Project Engineer and Manager of mechanical design and analysis. He has a proven track record in mechanical design & packaging for extreme military and aerospace environments such as gun launched projectiles and airborne systems. He has expertise in the ANSI Y14 standards, GD&T, transitioning products from design to fabrication, and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis. Jim graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Industrial Engineering and finds great satisfaction in creating new designs that solve difficult problems, pushing the engineering envelope to new levels.
When not meeting interesting engineering challenges, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin. He also enjoys intense and disciplined training in shooting sports. One of Jim’s favorite quotes is: “Without data you are just another person with an opinion” – Deming
Ron brings over 35 years of experience in the industry, with 25 years focused on CAD design in inspection gages, tooling, and fixtures to the position of Advanced Designer at McCormick Stevenson. Ron works in Product Documentation and Detailing, specifically TDP generation, as well as mechanical dimensioning, tolerancing and measurement. With MCCST, Ron is especially proud to deliver exceptional designs and engineering to the defense industry that are used to contribute to the welfare and security of our country.
Ron spends his leisure time playing competitive golf. He also has a deep appreciation for music.
Robin joined the McCormick Stevenson team in 2015 and serves alongside the executive team supporting overall business operations. A true team player, she specializes in customer service, event planning, networking, maintaining and building McCormick Stevenson’s brand, website, and social media.
Robin has a passion for connecting people, helping solve problems, exceeding expectations and deadlines, teaching, and a love of learning. She helped form the Tampa Bay Engineering Internship Alliance (TBEIA) and is the driving-force of the TBEIA Bi-annual Engineering Internship Mixers since 2016. Robin’s positive approach and can-do attitude lift the entire McCormick Stevenson team, making us more effective, efficient, and successful.
In her free time, Robin loves hanging out with her family and friends, serving her Mary Kay customers/friends, yoga, walking, music, reading, and quilting.
As the Director of Finance at McCormick Stevenson, Betsy helps to ensure that the financial outlook supports the customers and our commitments to our customers, enabling engineering solutions to make their way from design at MCCST into the hands of the Warfighter. Betsy draws on a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and Master of Accountancy from University of South Florida to model financial outcomes for the company. She has guided MCCST in the implementation of EOS as part of our Vision/Traction Organizer. Betsy is a valued part of the team and participates in communicating the MCCST core focus and vision to our customers.
Outside work, Betsy is active in cycling, yoga, and walking. She also enjoys reading.
Trudy serves as the Director of Business Operations for McCormick Stevenson. Trudy is an accomplished senior leader and program manager with a successful track record of motivating teams to deliver on schedule and within budget. She excels at cultivating customer relationships and developing high performing teams. Trudy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida.
Trudy is the founding president and current Scholarship Director of the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of Women in Defense, served on the University of Florida Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board, and supports her local community through many volunteer activities. She enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
As the Executive Vice President at McCormick Stevenson, Paul leads by example. He demonstrates a real passion for serving the US Warfighters who serve our country and is committed to demonstrating extreme competence in the engineering services and products we offer. Beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Paul has made it his mission to continuously improve MCCST competencies to better address the needs of the Warfighter. He takes responsibility for direct interaction with our customers to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding expectations, doing the right things (Leadership), and doing them right (Quality).
Paul enjoys fitness and stays active by golfing, travelling, and working on his home. He loves to socialize with friends and family.
Rick is a Senior Staff Designer for McCormick Stevenson, a role that allows us to leverage his knowledge and know-how of design for manufacturability into high quality and cost-effective products. Rick gained years of hands-on experience from General Electric (GE), where he graduated from the GE Apprentice Program as a Tool and Instrument Maker and the Leadership Development Program in Industrial Technology. At MCCST, Rick is focused on product development with special attention to processes and inspection. His contributions are customer-centric by building relationships with customers that begin with quality and teamwork.
Outside work, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, whether it is travelling, boating, or attending church.
As McCormick Stevenson’s Director of Engineering & Programs, Nat thrives on the teamwork necessary to develop solutions that meet the most challenging needs of America’s Warfighters. Nat’s technical background is in the area of rugged mechanical design and drafting. In addition, Nat holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. He brings an element of creativity to the MCCST Team that serves our clients well. As a natural collaborator, Nat’s stabilizing influence helps to bridge the gap between our clients and our staff to ensure exceptional results.
When not in the office, Nat dedicates himself to his wife and five children. As a native Floridian, he loves being outdoors and can often be found playing golf, sailing, fishing, or relaxing at the beach.
Matthew is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from North Carolina State University. He brings over twenty years of experience in the defense, automotive, and industrial sectors to his role at McCormick Stevenson as Principal Engineer. His experience allows him to make significant contributions in numerous areas including product design, finite element modeling, manufacturing, and process engineering.
Matt enjoys travel, music composition, hiking, and camping for relaxation.
Greg has over 17 years of experience successfully designing, building, and sustaining aerospace products, with a particular emphasis on the application of light weight composite structures to meet the challenging demands of the United States Military. His desire to support America’s warfighters drives his commitment to the mission, and to ensuring that the products and services we deliver are of the highest quality. With a strong commitment to our next generation of engineering professionals, Greg works to ensure that every member of our staff is afforded frequent opportunity for growth through meaningful contribution to a high-performing engineering team.
Greg is a good neighbor to all, and a dedicated family man; he and his wife are blessed with two wonderful kids of their own, while also being privileged to serve as foster parents to other children in need.
Jonathan brings over 30 years of experience since receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida to his current role as Staff Engineer at McCormick Stevenson. Jonathan’s experience spans electronics packaging for harsh military environments, tool and fixture design, process development, production support and environmental testing. This range of experience allows him to provide technical leadership and to directly address customer needs and expectations. His responsibilities at MCCST include requirements development, estimating, product development, documentation, and hardware realization.
Jonathan takes pride working cooperatively in a team environment with the cadre of engineers at MCCST and in fostering close working relationships with customers at every step of a design project.
Beyond his daily contributions to providing value-added solutions for the Warfighter, Jonathan loves enjoying the outdoors, where he can often be found back-packing, camping, hiking, or shooting sporting clays.
Kristin utilizes her training in Business and Accounting – a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Miami of Ohio and Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida – to serve McCormick Stevenson as Senior Accountant. Kristin supports the MCCST mission by reporting accurate and prompt financial information, thereby enabling MCCST to meet the needs of our customers. She remains steadfastly committed to factual and timely reporting at all times, while striving to grow and learn in an ever-changing environment.
Matt serves dual roles at McCormick Stevenson – he is Director of Technology and Manager of Product Engineering. Matt’s leadership skills are front-and-center as he facilitates the development of the MCCST engineering team and manages the MCCST IR&D program, implementing projects that further our core competencies. Matt is committed to serving the Warfighter through high-quality engineering products and decisive solutions to defense challenges, facilitated by advancing the skills of the engineering team.
He is proud to manage MCCST’s Internship Program which helps to fill a pipeline of emerging engineering talent. Matt’s background stems from a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Matt rounds out his time with outdoor sports, both those for him and his kids. He loves running, biking, boating, camping, and shooting sports. And he is always there to cheer on his kids’ sports team. He enjoys taking the kids snow skiing and to conquer new roller coasters!
Keith brings a myriad of skills to his role as Program Manager at with McCormick Stevenson. Educated at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Keith is also certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. Keith’s experience fits well into the MCCST mission, with expertise in Aerospace Product Design and Development, including requirements development, technical documentation, and mechanical dimensioning and tolerancing. Keith is committed to the MCCST values that put quality and excellence in engineering at the forefront to guide our work and communications.
Outside his work at MCCST, Keith enjoys many outdoor activities, especially golf and motorsports.
As a Designer at McCormick Stevenson, Julius uses his talents to support Mechanical Dimensioning. Among his skills are Tolerancing and Measurement. Product Documentation and Detailing (TDP Generation), Product Data Management, and Manufacturing Processes. Julius has well-rounded capabilities and expertise. An Associate in Arts from St. Petersburg College lead him to hands-on experience in CAD programs (Creo, SolidWorks, DraftSight, AutoCAD), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation and implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment. Julius is now working toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Julius loves the challenges of meeting and exceeding MCCST high standards for quality for a diverse range of customers.
Outside work, he can be found engaging in a variety of activities – the Martial Arts, Clay Shooting, and basketball, to name a few.
Joseph is a Staff Designer for McCormick Stevenson where he applies proper geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, enables manufacturability of MCCST designs, and works through tolerance stack-ups to ensure that no virtual conditions are being violated. Joseph’s contributions are instrumental in working with our customers to find solutions that meet all requirements and customer expectations, and to ensure that our designs correctly translate to the final product in manufacturing. His direct communication with the customer is a key asset to ensure that tradeoffs are well-understood and evaluated.
Jamie, Chief Designer at McCormick Stevenson, was formally educated in Machine Tool Technology from Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Missouri. Jamie’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and service shows every day through his expertise in manufacturing process, mechanical dimensioning, tolerancing and measurement, and product documentation. Jamie’s contributions ensure that our customers receive the highest level of quality in the products we deliver.
Jamie also enjoys the outdoor life, including sporting clays and upland bird hunting.
Andrew has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and brings a wide range of experience to project management for McCormick Stevenson. His extensive knowledge of CAD and Model-based Definition enables virtual product definition to improve efficiency of our design process, and his experience in manufacturing processes and attention to detail ensures that products are optimized with full technical data packages. Andrew is a team player and committed to establishing one-on-one working relationships with our customers, ensuring that he understands, and meets, the larger scope of each customer’s goals on every project.
In between hiking, cycling and travel, Andrews enjoys visiting breweries to relax. He is also interested in 3D printing.
